Advanced Aerospace Hose Assembly 1

The 480 series is a medium-pressure aerospace hose assembly that meets AS620 standards. Its convoluted inner core allows the 480 series to bend to a tighter radius with less force than smooth bore PTFE hoses of comparable diameter. The hose offers fire protection with AS1055 Class A and B options, utilizing AS1072 fire sleeves. Standard fittings are made of CRES, and chafe sleeves are available in various materials.

The 240 Series is a lightweight aerospace hose that meets AS1339 standards. It features a PTFE inner core with CRES 304 wire braid reinforcement, available in single or double-layer configurations depending on size. Standard fittings are made from CRES, with titanium options available for weight reduction. Fire protection is provided through AS1055 Class A and B, with integral or slip-on AS1072 fire sleeves. Chafe sleeves are offered in various materials and can be either integral or slip-on. This series complies with industry standards for AS115, AS116, AS117, AS118, AS119, and AS120 part numbers, and is certified to QPL-AS1339 and FAA TSO.

New MiniLase XL Laser 3

Anthony Bonacci, Rob Minor, and JT Mills fine-tuned a new MiniLase XL laser this week in the production department of Aero-Hose. This installation represents another step in the Continuous Improvement journey. With the MiniLase XL in place laser etched ID tags are produced in a matter of minutes drastically reducing the human touch/repetitive motion part of the process allowing us to fill customer orders more efficiently.
