Aero Hose is pleased to announce an important transition within our Quality Department.

After three years of dedicated service, Robert Porter has decided to leave Aero Hose to pursue new
professional opportunities. We sincerely thank Robert for his contributions to our organization and wish
him continued success in his future endeavors.

As Aero Hose moves forward, Paul Alexander will step in as Interim Quality Assurance Manager effective
September 28, 2026. In this temporary leadership capacity, Paul will oversee all quality-related functions
and activities across the organization, ensuring continuity and maintaining the high standards our
customers and partners expect. Reporting to Paul will be Casey Allen, Corey Bradley, Erin Russell-
Sumner, and Holly Winn. Production will now report to Jakub Zagorski.

Paul is uniquely qualified to support the department during this transition, having served as Aero Hose’s
Operations Manager for the past five years and previously serving as Quality Manager for five years. His
extensive experience, deep understanding of our quality systems, and proven leadership make him wellpositioned
to guide the team during this period.

We are currently conducting a search for a Quality Engineer who will join the organization and be
mentored by Paul. Paul will remain in the interim role until the appropriate talent is in place and the
Quality Department is fully staffed to support Aero Hose’s continued growth and operational excellence.

transition and for his continued commitment to the success of our team and organization.
