370 Series: Durable Hose Solutions for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Applications

The rugged 370 Series is particularly well-suited for applications involving significant impulsing and outputs from hydraulic or pneumatic pumps. Standard fittings are made of CRES, though titanium fittings are also available. Fire protection options include integral or slip-on AS1072 firesleeves, compliant with AS1055 Class A and B. Chafe sleeves are offered in a variety of integral or slip-on materials. Hybrid assemblies that combine flexible hose with multi-bend tubing are a specialty of Aero-Hose, providing enhanced vibration dampening, easier installation, and improved maintenance compared to rigid tubing.

The 480 Series is a medium-pressure aerospace hose assembly that complies with AS620 standards. Its convoluted inner core allows the 480 Series to bend with a tighter radius and less force compared to smooth bore PTFE hoses of a similar diameter. It offers fire protection with AS1055 Class A & B options, utilizing AS1072 fire sleeves. Standard fittings are CRES, and chafe sleeves are available in various materials.

500 Series Lightweight High-Pressure Hose with Kevlar Reinforcement

The 500 Series hose is designed for weight-sensitive applications up to 5,080 PSI. It features a smoothbore conductive PTFE inner core, reinforced with Kevlar® para-aramid braid, and protected by a Cordura® chafe sleeve. Titanium fittings come standard, with optional CRES fittings available. The hose operates in a temperature range of -65º to +275ºF, with fire protection options offered.

Founded in 2004, Aero-Hose Corp., a Marmon | Berkshire Hathaway company, started as a value-added distributor for Titeflex Aerospace.
