Aero-Hose hosted a site tour for the Transportation and Logistics Society from the University of North Florida. #TLS is a student led organization that collaborates with local businesses to promote interest in the industry.

We are pleased to announce that Sajoia Lee has accepted the position of Production Support at Aero-Hose. In this position, she will be responsible for prepping and assembling hoses. Sajoia was previously an Assembler at Mack Technologies, and most recently a Verifications Specialist at Edge Information Management. We are excited to have Sajoia join Aero-Hose and look forward to her future here with us.

The 240 Series is a lightweight aerospace hose designed to meet AS1339 standards. It features a PTFE inner core and CRES 304 wire braid reinforcement, with single or double-layer reinforcement depending on the size. The standard fittings are made of CRES, with titanium options available for reduced weight. The hose is equipped with AS1055 Class A & B fire protection and can be paired with integral or slip-on AS1072 fire sleeves. Chafe sleeves, offered in various materials, can also be integral or slip-on. This hose meets industry standards for AS115, AS116, AS117, AS118, AS119, and AS120 part numbers and is certified to QPL-AS1339 and FAA TSO.

The 660 Series is a high-performance, heavyweight aerospace hose assembly, rated for 3000 psi (207 bar) and qualified to AS604. It features a smoothbore PTFE core, reinforced with multiple layers of CRES 304 wire braid. This hose is ideal for hydraulic and pneumatic applications requiring high impulse resistance. It comes with standard CRES fittings, with optional titanium fittings, and a selection of chafe sleeve materials. Certified to meet QPL-AS370 standards.

Our 130/180 hose features an extruded smoothbore PTFE inner core reinforced with CRES 304 wire braid. It meets industry standards for MS8005 and MS8006 part numbers and complies with SAE AS1946, MIL-DTL-25579, and MIL-DTL-27267 specifications. Additionally, it holds QPL-MIL-DTL-25579, QPL-AS1946, and FAA-TSO certifications.
