New Production Support at Aero-Hose – Juan Mercado

660 Series Heavyweight 3,000 PSI Aerospace Hose with CRES Reinforcement

The 660 Series is a heavyweight 3,000 PSI (207 bar) aerospace hose assembly qualified to AS604. It features a smoothbore PTFE core, reinforced with multiple layers of CRES 304 wire braid, and is suitable for hydraulic or pneumatic applications with high impulses. The assembly comes with standard CRES fittings, with optional titanium fittings and various chafe sleeve materials. It is certified to meet QPL-AS370 standards.

370 Series: Durable Hose Solutions for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Applications

Standard fittings are made of CRES, though titanium fittings are also available. Fire protection options include integral or slip-on AS1072 firesleeves, compliant with AS1055 Class A and B. Chafe sleeves are offered in a variety of integral or slip-on materials.
