The 240 Series is a lightweight aerospace hose engineered to meet AS1339 standards. It features a PTFE inner core and CRES 304 wire braid reinforcement, with single or double-layer options depending on the size. Standard fittings are crafted from CRES, with titanium alternatives available for weight reduction.

The hose offers AS1055 Class A & B fire protection, which can be enhanced with an integral or slip-on AS1072 fire sleeve. Chafe sleeves, available in various materials, can also be integral or slip-on. It complies with industry standards for AS115, AS116, AS117, AS118, AS119, and AS120 part numbers. Additionally, it is certified to QPL-AS1339 and FAA TSO.
